Thanks, Ken, for confirming our speculation.
They may also be aware that KTHA keeps a fleet of retired city vehicles
available to get them to a lineup of named chain restaurants and motels
a few blocks away. The Wisconsin pilot, flying with his wife, was only
on the ground 35 minutes, so they probably settled for the vending machines.

I just ventured into a not-to-be-named pilot forum, and did a quick
word search. That observation may be quite correct. Seems that her
popularity DOES extend beyond this list. While the FBO prices are
about the best for TN, GA, AL, they do improve in KY. But why would
you go to Kentucky when you can go to KTHA?
