Thanks, Paul. The "T" seems to work well for the least-experienced
kids. As I understand it, as they get better, the coach can choose to
toss him or her a few pitches, to give them a chance at real hitting.
If they can't connect, then they will pull up the "T" for them to get a
better chance.
