I finally sold my Walker-Turner bandsaw to a friend of mine. Don't make
'em like that any more. I just didn't use it much and needed the space.
I still carry a small old Craftsman tablesaw. Better tolerances than the
small jobsite saws like Makita that everyone has. You can see the blade
flutter when applying pressure on those. I need a precision cut.
Re: salt. I wonder what it does to the properties of the glue ?? Wouldn't recommend it for anything structural.
