That would put your nascence in 1942 (57-15)
My best buddy's
father was a Chevrolet salesman and I well remember the introduction of
the 1958 models in the Chevy showroom. I also remember being a bit
startled by dual headlights. Something not seen before then. The trick
is to be old enough to remember the event but not so old that you've
forgotten it. :-)
And remember one's age? ;-)

Happy birthday. I'm about 7 months behind you but guess I can never
catch you.
As I was born in March, 1944 (i.e. just turned 72), that would put your
nascence in Oct., 1944.
The scalpel has kept me going.
I count myself incredibly lucky to have avoided those things since I was
two, nearing three or just turned three. I don't remember it, but have
been told I had my tonsils out back then. Glad it's worked for you,
though! :-)

I bought my OM-1 MD and 50mm f/1.4 (plus T-ring and 1-8 screen and

10/2004 - 60 = 10/1944. Odds are now 2 to 1 for 10/1944. :-)
