I’m sorry to hear about the cheapo roof materials. However, it does explain
how some of my USAF colleagues came to depreciate their properties for tax
purposes.
It cost us £5,000 to re-tile our Annex in 2014, but that was after the builders
had reinforced the frame, and I didn’t get a separate cost for that . . .
