Both are excellent shots. I loved the water drops and the bokeh is
great. Strangely, I haven't tried close-ups with this lens even though
I own it. But I did accidentally discover it's close focusing ability
this morning while playing with the DoF preview in the house. I managed
to get much closer to the target at 150mm than I would have thought
possible. I used to use the 14-150 as my walk-around lens but it has
been supplanted lately but the 12-50. I've got it switched back now and
will give the close-ups a whirl.
