Hi Mike,
That name rings a bell. Up in my attic, I have the external parts of a
Kellogg party line wall-mounted phone that my parents used on the farm
in the 1930s. After we moved to town, I, as a curious teen, removed the
magneto and found other uses for it.
As I recall, the enclosure provided space for two large dry-cell batteries.
