Next question - what does it mean? The last shot taken with my E-M5 is 12,599. I keep track of shots by year, by camera.
That total is also 12,599, although it also depends on file names. The counter on the camera says 12,152. I have the
camera set to simply start up with the next number from the last file saved when a new card is inserted and the first
shot on it is taken.
Did I somehow skip 477 file numbers? Did the camera somehow get reset early on? Not a significant number for any shutter
use evaluation, just something to nag at my brain.
