You could remedy the dilemma by taking the more detailed second phrase:
“This shot was taken with a half-frame Oly with 600mm ƒ2 lens and processed in
LightRoom with a bit of help from Topaz Clarity.”
and instead using:
“This shot was taken by me with a half-frame Oly with 600mm ƒ2 lens and later
processed by me in LightRoom with a bit of help from Topaz Clarity.”
In all, though, when a person is presenting his/her own work we readily
assume that all the mentioned action were performed by the presenter. If we
know that the work is presented by a third party, such as a museum guide, we
assume that he/she is stating the methods used by the photographer.
