Moose, that is as impressive a collection of Fall colors as I have seen
in a long time! Your usual sharp eye and attention to detail is quite
evident. I enjoyed viewing them all.

In spite of our peregrinations to NY and Seattle in Sept., we managed

I seem to be quite inconsistent in how I treat the resulting images. I
did a book last year on Mt. Desert and Acadia NP, with images from
several different years.
I'm trying something new this time. First installment is from our
first full day in Maine. We went for a 3± mi. walk with Bob and Joan
in the Crooked Farm Preserve, not far from their house, but which we
had not visited before.
This small gallery is all from that walk - except for- the libations
richly deserved afterward at the Oxbow Brewing Company. We drove the
20 mi there. :-)
A bit of everything wild, critters, plants, fungi, trees, reflections,
landscapes, fall colors ...
