I imported some photos just after the update and was surprised at the
appearance of the new import feature. It took only a minute or two for me
to figure out how to do exactly what I waned to do. No crash here. That
said, I think/thought Adobe screwed the pooch on that one. Apparently they
have fixed/are fixing the problem. As I type CC is downloading a LR update.
