Well, I don't know about those in the photo, but morels are a treat I
can easily do with when cooked in white wine (Vin Jaune du Jura*) and
cream, and served with chicken and rice for instance.
Excellent in an omelet too. But unfortunately doesn't require the
liquor.

OTT I have a couple of bottles, some are vintage 1972, the chicken
needs to be younger though ;-)
