I finally picked up a MH-C9000 to refresh all my rechargeable batteries. 
Not  convinced that it wouldn't have been cheaper to just buy new 
batteries and toss the old ones but I figure at least this way I'm doing 
the responsible thing to help stem the flow of crap to that Indian 
reservation in E. OR.  FWIW I did gain a few mAh's.
