An additional optical difference is that most cine lenses are designed to
avoid focus-breathing, which is change of the field of view when changing
focus. That is kind of a problem with a-symmetrical lenses like retro-focus
lenses (just blurping some other info I found elsewhere ;-). It is also
generally easy to see when using a macro lens close up.
In a movie/ video, you sometimes like to focus on the person talking,
meaning focussing back and forth. A change in FOV would be distracting.
