I learned that about a year and a half ago. It's why I wouldn't sign one,
then. Pro Top: I consulted a labor attorney at the time. His comment:
"They're obviously idiots. This NDA is without a liquidated damages clause.
That means they collect absolutely zero even if you breach, the most a
judge might do is tell you should have been nicer right before he dismisses
the case."
