I like the geometry of the image, but I think it might work better in B&W.
As to "waving the camera about" it's fairly easy to get results similar to
that Eva Polak site by waving, jiggling, panning, just a matter of playing
and adjusting the shutter speed - interesting but doesn't hold it's appeal
to me for any time.
