I'm going to disagree here. Yes, they are looking at your browsing habits
to tailor ads. It's what they do. However, they are looking in a
bigger-picture way, and are not capturing your usernames and passwords. Big
difference.
I use Gmail and the Google calendar every day. I've accepted a certain
amount of privacy loss in exchange for the value in those two products.
