Indeed, I'm a pretty easy driver, Chris. I will only flog it in an
emergency. I had a 1998 VW Passat with a turbo and, like Ian, I also run
Mobil 1 Synthetic in all my vehicles. I had no problems with the drive
train (turbo included) at 150K miles. Ditched it when it started developing
electrical problems. Too bad, it was a fun driver.
