After yesterday being spoiled by rain showers, the jumpers were up
today. The first image shows a nervous parent searching for the jump
aircraft and the first sign of jumpers away. Her eyes and ears were
much sharper than mine.

The 27mm can't compete with longer lenses for jumper details, but the
full frame captures a pretty sight.

An Army helicopter showed up for fuel. It provided a nice contrast with
the DC-3 in the background.

The city officials have been busy converting a condemned swimming pool
into a Splash Park. Spring rains have delayed completion, but I saw the
crew filling it with water yesterday in passing. Very colorful.

The building in the background contains an indoor pool for year-round use.
