[OM] E-M1 video

I've never made a video of any sort except a few seconds here and there 
after pushing the wrong button on one of my 3 video capable cameras.
A friend who teaches use of iPads and iPhones asked me to help him make 
a 10 minute demonstration video of him teaching, said video to be put on 
a DVD.  I assume my E-M1 is up to the task even if I'm not. One of my 
concerns is audio.  Lighting is another but think I can handle that part OK.
Any advice beyond "Don't do it!"?
