[OM] IMG: Airshow Performer in BW

This image is from 2006, Leica IIIf with Jupiter 12, color processed to 
CD by Walmart when they were still doing serious processing, converted 
to BW with Silver Efex Pro 2, smoothed out with Neat Image.  With all of 
that, it still produced a nice image.
