For me, selfie sticks seem to be the latest technological iteration of
narcissism. But I suppose that’s too harsh. In the past, many of my friends
upon viewing travel pictures have remarked that I’m never in the frame. I
suppose a selfie stick would have helped, except I’m not sure I could have used
one with a Nikon FTN and 105/2.5. I know I could not have used one with the
D800 and 70-200 _or_ the 24-70. <g>
Now the Fuji X-100? Maybe I shall dip my toes in the pool of narcissism.
