Last summer vocation our family got a trip to Hokkaido, Japan in early of
August. Some of my friends told me that the best period to there for
lavender shooting is late of August to early September but I had to match
my duty roster.
Most of lavender farms are in Furano where around 3 hours by car from
Sapporo so we had to stay in Furano for 2 days to visit more lavender
farms. Of course I was still crazy to carry my 4x5 camera for the trip :p

At this trip I found that iPhone is the best portable panorama camera which
auto merger the photos to panorama upon shooting and it almost perfect

Of course its resolution is not as good as DSLR or mirror-less camera but
it's very convenience.
Cheers,
