My 8HP snow blower was sometimes barely up to the task. When we left
for South Carolina I was glad to hand it off to my neighbor who
desperately needed one.

I always said that if I had ended up staying in the northeast, I was owning
a snow blower. It is an essential power tool for that part of the world.
It was a very chilly 52 degrees when I got up this morning in sunny San
Felipe, Baja. I've actually turned on the heat to warm the place up a
little. The sun is just coming up over my neighbor's roof, and within a
couple of hours it'll be warm enough to not need heat any longer today.
All of which beats owning a snow blower.

No. Blowing snow and shoveling same since dawn. Took a brief nap and got
after it again until shortly after noon. Napped some more. Then had that
whisky. Well, in this case, it was whiskey.

Lovely tour. I’m way too exhausted to try to figure out which I like
best.
It’s 9:30 am here, and I’m contemplating a whisky.
