[OM] SDHC memory cards

Does anyone have access to a small supply of the transparent plastic 
cases used to hold individual SDHC memory cards ?
Last week I bought several cards from our local Costco each one of which 
was sealed inside a plastic sleeve on an 8" x 10" piece of cardboard. 
Missing was the fold-over click-down plastic case to hold the card.
