Is it your implication that the forces behind arresting the charity
worker were those of a mean Republican Fort Lauderdale government? Fort
Lauderdale and Broward County in which it resides typically votes 70%
Democratic. The mayor of Fort Lauderdale who initiated and defended
this action is a Democrat who was just re-elected to another 3 year term
this past Tuesday.
I suspect the courts will cut Fort Lauderdale down again as they did
before under a similar anti-homeless law.
