Yes for a 90mm lens at tripod height a tilt of about 2.8 deg is optimal
for horiz. plane. Graphs from Jim on FM are great and I use them with
my
Mirex T-S adapter. There is no free lunch even with tilt as more
vertical subjects at infinity risk becoming soft.

It is difficult iterative process to get things right even with the
Imax OM VF. Even with mag LV on the OM 5DII it is not easy for me.
Perhaps those with LF experience would find it easier.
