Nicely sharp (as it should be) for lips, teeth, eyes, eyebrows and
lashes, jewelry and hair. But too sharp for very fine wrinkles on skin.
If it was a portrait of mine I'd lightly deemphasize the fine wrinkles
and very lightly soften the larger ones. Then she'd see that you are
truly a great photographer with a great camera that has captured her
exactly as she looks. :-)
