That has worked rather well. to pass it off a real, label it watercolor and gouache. Watercolor is translucent, can't do
(and shouldn't) the big, even areas of solid blacks. The red of the building has a slightly nuclear quality that
watercolor can't do and I'd pull back a little and maybe adjust the hue.
A little blur in selected areas might be nice, too.
Yeah, I know, not a commercial thing. But good enough to make me think about
it. ;-)
