NWS is now saying that we could have as much as an inch here in Phoenix.
The cloudmass bearing the heavy moisture is presently crossing over I-8 near
Casa Grande and Gila Bend. From the satellite and radar images, it looks like
Tucson will be spared any significant rainfall, but Phoenix is going to take a
direct hit before noon.
