It's all about focus speed. The E-M1 has special pixels/stuff built into the sensor to allow Phase Detection AF, which
is what all the original 4/3 lenses were designed to work with.

The M-10 has the same sensor as the E-M5, so focus with 4/3 lenses will be somewhere between slow and glacial, depending
on specific lens and the patience of the user.
