Those are nice portraits - the first one could be me ;-)
And the other one me again if these were cashew nuts or peanuts ....
Nice colour rendition and sharp where needed.
Good on you patient Paul :-)

Kermit was out sunning himself on the edge of the pond yesterday
morning.
He's getting bigger, but not at the rate a normal bullfrog does. I'm
ok
with that - maybe he's a rare dwarf bullfrog and then he can stay
with us.

While I was taking that photo, Alvin poked his head out to see if I
was
finally going to let him finish breakfast in peace. I wasn't going
to be
bullied by a chipmunk, so I just stood my ground and he finally just
huffed
and pouted and came back to the porch. I was curious - on any given
day,
he'll eat 4-5 times his own volume in seeds. Where does it go?
Apparently,
jammed into his cheeks and then to the secret stash. I'm guessing that
there are roughly 32 pounds of chipmunk food stored somewhere. I keep
trying to explain that's not necessary - we'll keep feeding him all
winter.

BTW Moose - both were taken with that 40-150.
