eBay is once again unavailable here. I was finally able to get their home
page and see the announcement on Customer Support that they are having
technical difficulties in some areas:

Until now, all you could get was a browser error message that the
connection was disabled. This is exactly what had happened a couple of weeks
ago.
Things are steadily improving, though you still cannot do any searching.
Hopefully they'll have this working by noon or earlier.
