PESO: Saturday was goose harvesting day at the farm. Laura brought a bunch of her friends to help and we killed, plucked, and eviscerated 5 geese: http://www.pbase.com/image/157029649 http://www.pbase.com/tinamanley/image/157029650 It was not fun but I have a freezer full of geese now.
