I hadn't paid any attention before but just checked the Win 7 time
settings. You can choose 1 of about 1/2 dozen time servers but have no
choice over sync settings. It only resyncs itself once a week.

So does Windows (supposedly). Well, at least my Win7 does it natively.
WinXP does also, but it's a bit limited. TClockEx certaily improves the
time and date display, but it does not improve on the sync.
