Looks, surprise, surprise, a lot like the NorCal coast. I would like to see at least some of the Oregon coast. "See" is
the operative word. Last time we were right at the border, and had come time, it was so foggy that I could hardly see
the sign pointing north for Oregon and south for Crescent City.
Is Cape Meares less foggy than other parts of the coast? I'm used to wind together with fog, so one is cold, damp and
can't see anything. Wind alone could be OK. Best on the coast I know is that one day or so out of 4-6 when it's sunny
with little wind, as in the Shelter Cove sots I posted recently, but they are totally unpredictable.
