Yum. Are those poblanos I see at the back of the plate? I generally
roast some on the grill on Thursday nights. But they get chopped up to
enhance my enchilada sauce. I've never thought to try them by
themselves right off the grill. Strange since I also happily eat them
in a chili relleno.
