Sorry, you're wrong on all counts except that I did reduce the
reflection in the glasses of the lady in the floral print jacket. But
no head or face replacements on any of those you mentioned.

Nicely done, Chuck. But now that you have mentioned your fixes, I
have been looking for the joins :-) I reckon that both back row end
chaps have been done, as has back row chap in blue polo and plaid
shorts; perhaps also the grey-haired lady in black and the blonde
lady in the floral print jacket.
I wouldn’t have noticed (or thought I had noticed) if you hadn’t
mentioned the smile sync problems.

This was an impromptu photo taken at a (mostly) impromptu party of
friends and family who turned the occasion into an impromptu (and
premature) 50th wedding anniversary party. I am at far right in
the dark blue shirt wearing my wounded knee bandage. Since no one
else there can photograph a group of 24 people I'm the one herding
the cats from within and pressing the remote shutter release in my
(hidden) right hand. The knee was not yet quite up to so much
activity and I paid the price later that night (but I'm glad I did
it and now have the photo)

I will freely admit that a few personages with smile
synchronization problems have had their heads surgically removed
and replaced with those from other frames. :-)
