Last year I got a call from Bank of America about an expensive stereo that
I had bought at a duty free shop at an airport in Saudi Arabia. No, not me.
Just as with you, they cancelled the card and the funds were restored. This
happened immediately after I had purchased a book through Biblio.com, which
does not use PayPal. Since then, I only make internet charges by way of
PayPal, without exception.
