etc., are a disaster to type in using the iThingies.

Another "little thing" is "Swype" style input. Or how about the
ability to actually select a point within a word for spelling
correction."

We're very much of the same mind here, Ken. I don't use the stylus, because
I haven't got a Note. As for Apps, it doesn't take long, or too much
observation to determine what apps are likely quite safe. Using only the
Play store is pretty much a given.
