Edgar and 3 of his buddies went to every clinic we had in the rural areas
of Honduras. I don't think they were really necessary but I'd rather be
safe than sorry! All of them were very friendly and helped us every way
they could.
I felt perfectly safe. I don't know whether the guns were even loaded or
not!
