I think it is the onOne Perfect Effects software that likes to ask me:
"Are you sure you want to cancel your changes? [CANCEL] | [OKAY]"
and I doubletake every time (or not) to then not press the button that says
what I want to do. No harm, but it amuses/niggles me.
