I wouldn't call it a "drop down menu". You first have to select an
"adjustment layer" (icon: circle that looks like a 45 degree split
image finder). Once that's selected you may see "photo filter" as a
menu item or it may show up for selection as another icon. I know PS7
does adjustment layers. I don't know that "photo filter" was or was not
supported in that release.

I'll look at that on Wednesday. There is no mention of "photo filter" in
any of the drop-down menues I've looked at. Was that perhaps an added plugin?
