I like it except that I think the sky is slightly overcooked. Look at
the top edge of the clouds... it appears that the delicate, fluffy edge
has been lost.

Absolutely nothing here that can't be done in any other editor, but
there are a couple items of note:
1. White-balance is adjusted SLIGHTLY cool. This mimics the blue
sensitivity of most B&W films.
2. Exposure is stretched to achieve a full-spectrum histogram.
Granted, this one went nuclear, but it is purely for illustration.
3. Blue and Cyan is pulled back. This is what darkens the blue sky. I
bumped the other colors to keep the vegetation from going black.
