Huh? PS has provided a Photo Filter tool for ages (Image=>Adjust=>Photo Filter), with 20 filters and density adjustment
for each. They may of course, be saved in named Actions (macros). I haven't mentioned that alternative because I thought
PS to expensive or complicated or whatever for you.
Whether they were there in PS7, I have no idea, as I'm now on 14.
