Only one but first you have to have a free and frank exchange of views* with
the bulb about the necessity for change. A committee would then be formed to
establish the correct protocols for the change, the office with responsibility
for the procedure, an adequate budget, the appropriate venue and the correct
seating for the participants and audience.
