Last time I had E-6 done at University Camera, they were using plastic
frames. They have a full lab, but I am not sure of the scale of their
mail-order operation. I was always happy with their work, but I tended to
use Fuji mailers when I could, which made processing quite a bit cheaper.
I haven't shot a roll of E-6 in 4-5 years.
Let me know if you are interested and would like me to drop in and get an
update on their status with E-6.
