[OM] Oldstoremore

Yesterday was the last day of sun for awhile ... took an evening walk at 
Oldstoremore to mitigate the effects of a lousy dinner. Give a wide 
berth to the hotel at Kinlochbervie when you return Bob. Scenery is 
amazing however. Picked up a car in Inverness and managed to survive the 
traffic by just staying on the A9. Geez what a bunch of maniacs! Of 
course one must remember that my wife and I are a couple of turnips that 
fell off the cart when it comes to city driving. We had asked for a 
small car and they wheeled out a Volvo XC60 ?? I wonder what a large 
Scottish car looks like? Still, it gets about 10-15 mpg better than my 
wife's Forrester which softens the blow at the pump. [rant] WTF is wrong 
with US cars??[/rant] The automatic is nice as my left arm got worn out 
on orkney.
