[OM] Spat over Copyright

I receive a daily email from The Phoblographer and a link to this spat arrived 
this morning:

I had never heard of Red Jump Suit Apparatus, so I found it quite interesting 
to see how they band handled the challenge to its use of someone's photo 
without permission.
