Yup, the portraits with the fuzzy blob noses didn't work for me. Even beyond
artistic issues, you knew the subjects,
which makes a big difference, too.

Works for me. I very seldom get positive comments, let alone any comments, on
my occasional Alt.Moose image postings.
I recently showed some of them to a painter, who liked most, loved a few. That
felt better, as that's the direction I
was going.
